What is the minimum order quantity for custom made? +
Minimum order for custom made jewelry is typically 50–100 pieces per design, depending on the complexity and material. For OEM/private label orders, MOQ may vary. Contact us to discuss your specific requirements.
What materials can you use for custom jewelry? +
We work with 925 sterling silver, brass, copper, zinc alloy, and semi-precious gemstones. We can also accommodate gold plating, rhodium plating, and various finish options (antique, matte, polished, etc.).
How long does the sample take? +
Sample production typically takes 10–14 working days after design approval and payment of sample fees. Delivery time depends on your location. Sample fees are usually adjusted against bulk order payment.
Can I send my own design or logo? +
Yes! You can send us a sketch, photograph, PDF, AI/EPS file, or even a reference product. Our design team will work with you to refine the design before production begins. All designs are kept strictly confidential.
Do you offer private label / white label service? +
Yes, we offer full private label services. We can manufacture jewelry with your brand name, logo, custom packaging, and hang tags. This is ideal for building your own jewelry brand sourced from Jaipur.
